Jobs in Business Central have been renamed to Projects since Business Central 2024 wave 1.
So, if you’re used to Jobs, Job Tasks, Job Planning Lines, while you can still search for these pages using “job” keyword, the pages and underlying objects have been renamed to Project.
With Business Central 2024 wave 2, Microsoft announced a new query under Reporting and Data Analysis blade, for Projects.
This new query has Id = 486:
The new query is joining data from:
- Job Ledger Entry
- Job
- Job Task
- Work Type
- Location
